The Women’s International Networking Conference connects, develops and empowers female business leaders from around the world. Over four days in Berlin, 750 influential leaders come together for a series of plenary sessions and workshops.

As a key sponsor of the event and a firm believer that inclusion powers invention, HP were there to demonstrate that their brand shares the WIN Conference vision. Our job was to make this clear with a bold, purposeful brand presence.

We designed and built a stand for HP, siting it in a prime exhibition location. The stand included a showcase for HP’s innovative technology and was unified around ‘Share and Inspire’ messaging that also linked to a social media campaign.

Visitors to the stand were invited to write down an inspirational quote, thought or learning on a piece of coloured paper. They were then shown how to fold this paper into an origami butterfly, which was pinned on the backdrop of the stand. The flock of butterflies built up over the four days into a colourful, eye-catching display.

With their permission, visitors’ quotes were tweeted under #HPWINConference. This, coupled with the colourful display and good word of mouth, drove an increase in attendees to the stand, driving greater awareness of HP’s products and role in supporting the conference. Aligning the brand with the event and putting the attendees first ensured HP’s participation at the event was successful and appreciated.
