It’s all around you

HP had a story to tell about their Workforce Solutions Portfolio – seven stories, actually. They wanted to inform IT decisionmakers about the portfolio, and amaze them with its potential.

Ivory were called in to design a dinner that would communicate this message. It needed to draw the audience in, and provide enough time to communicate a range of in-depth messages.

We don’t do ‘just’ dinners. This had to be memorable. Something that would drive excitement and engagement. After a discussion with HP about what they needed, we decided to host the evening in Frameless gallery, London – the UK’s largest permanent multi-sensory experience. And to tell the seven stories, we designed theatrical moments to envelop our audience in the possibilities.

After networking drinks, guests were seated for a lavish dinner right in the middle of the Frameless gallery. Between courses, HP presenters talked them through the seven portfolio stories, with presentations that worked in tandem with 360° content created by Ivory and projected onto the walls and ceiling.

The result was an unmissable light-and-sound spectacular, fully immersing our audience in HP solutions. An unforgettable way of showing decisionmakers all the different ways HP Workforce Solutions can help supercharge their teams.

To keep things sustainable we used only local suppliers, and all food served during the dinner was produced within the UK.
